BOOK & AUDIOBOOK REVIEW: All or Nothing (Love by Design, #3) by Kendall Ryan

You’ve met Ben Shaw. Now meet Braydon Kincaid, the devil-may-care male model who nearly stole the show in Working It by New York Times bestselling author Kendall Ryan.

As one of the world’s most sought-after male models, Braydon is no stranger to the finer pleasures in life. The last thing he wants to do is limit himself, especially when it comes to women. His best friend, Ben, might’ve settled down, but Braydon doesn’t want to waste his youth on the messy complications of commitment. He wants fun. He wants easy.

Ellie isn’t looking for a casual relationship, but her tough and sassy personality instantly attracts Braydon, who proposes a “friends with benefits” arrangement. Unable to resist the powerful pull of the charming bad boy, Ellie eventually relents, though she longs for all-consuming love.

As the two spend more time together, Ellie soon realizes that Braydon’s posing skills extend off the runway. His carefully crafted façade masks a secret hurt that he’s reluctant to share with Ellie, even as they embark on a passionate affair that sends them hurtling toward a fate neither expected. Can Ellie risk her heart while she waits for Braydon to let her in, or will she be forced to demand all or nothing?

I liked this book, or should I say audiobook because I only listened to the audiobook. The story was great, I was hooked from the beginning. There were moments in the story that I thought it needed something else to be better, but there were other moments that I just loved how the story was going. I liked the writing, it was cool, the plot and the characters were agreeable and the end of the book was what got me! It was awesome. It was really unexpected and I loved it.

Ellie is a beautiful girl, with a cool regular life as a scientist and happens to be best friend with the newly wife of a hot male model, whose best friend with Braydon, another super hot male model. *chuckles* That was confusing. I like their friendship. Ben and Emmy are the main characters of the first books of this series and they have cool moments in this book. OK, back to Ellie. I felt totally related to her. She wants commitment, she is tired of meaningless affairs, one night stands and immature men. She wants to settle down. She wants ALL OR NOTHING.

Braydon is a super hot model, and when I say super hot, imagine the hottest man in the planet with the most perfect body ever, everywhere! If you know what I mean, *wink*. And he isn’t just a gorgeous face, he is smart, caring, funny, and he was an amazing lover!! But…. He doesn’t want commitment.

So this is what this book is about. Two people agreeing to be together in a “friends with benefits” relationship, despite the fact of not wanting the same thing. That was annoying sometimes! I wanted to smack them both in the face! And here is what I felt so related to Ellie. She thought so much. She contemplated all the possibilities and assumed what Braydon was thinking and feeling without asking. She was afraid of losing something she never thought she would ever want so much. But everything she did was worth it. Standing for what one wants is what she did and I’m proud of her for that.

Braydon on the other hand was a sexy pain in the ass all the time. Don’t get me wrong, I liked him so much to add him in my collection of book boyfriends, but Oh. My. God. that man was infuriating!!! But the stubbornness of both of them was what helped in their relationship.

I have to say that the sex scenes in this book were super hot. There were too much at the beginning and at the end they were all rushed, but the steamy moments between Ellie and Braydon were a great turn on for me. Their first time was so surprising, in every way.

The narration was cool. I liked it. Elizabeth Louise did a great job, her voice was a perfect fit for Ellie. I like how she made other people voices. The sex scenes were very well narrated.
